Most people would describe me as a walking contradiction. The Arts is my life, I am active in both visual and performing arts, although I dislike these such labels, since people in general try to interpret from what little information is available. I was raised in an old fashioned European environment by very open minded parents, who were and still are very financially generous to me never to the extent of being irresponsible resembling nouveau-riche families.

What is prominent about my personality is my discerning taste, which borders discriminating ... I only go for the best and abstain if what I seek is unavailable, I believe that there is honor in refusal.

On the other hand, I am very down to earth. I love the country, gardening and the outdoors. I enjoy good food, and good wine. I will never pass the opportunity to see a great opera, or serious theatre which I grew up appreciating.

To be honest, I really detest these "describe yourself" columns... it has a certain vulgarity to it, but I can't help participating since it is never harmful to try and meet someone...
